These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VAK (“Say it better”), the app and website operated by Pulse (“VAK”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using VAK, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use VAK.
VAK is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using VAK you confirm you are at least 18, capable of entering a binding agreement, and not barred from using the service under applicable law. You may hold only one account, tied to the Google account you sign in with.
VAK takes text (and optionally screenshots) you provide and uses AI models to generate reply suggestions in your chosen tone and language. You choose which, if any, generated reply to send — VAK never sends messages on your behalf to any third-party app or person.
Replies are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, out of context, or inappropriate for your situation. VAK does not guarantee any particular tone, outcome, or response from the person you're messaging. You are responsible for reviewing and editing a suggestion before you send it anywhere.
You are solely responsible for the text and images you submit to VAK, and for how you use any reply it generates. You agree not to use VAK to:

VAK offers a limited number of free daily replies, one-time credit packs, and an unlimited subscription. Purchases on Android are billed and managed through Google Play Billing; purchases on the web are billed through Dodo Payments. Prices are shown in-app at the time of purchase and may change going forward. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; manage or cancel a subscription through the billing platform you purchased it on (Google Play, or the link in your purchase receipt for Dodo). Refunds, where available, follow that platform's own refund policy — we do not process refunds directly outside of it except where required by law.
VAK, its name, logo, and app design are owned by Pulse. We don't claim ownership of the message text or screenshots you submit — you keep your rights to it — but by submitting it you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service (generate your replies), as described in our Privacy Policy. Generated reply text is yours to use freely.
You can delete your account and data at any time from Profile in the app. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, poses a security or abuse risk, or where required by law. Where reasonably possible we'll tell you why.
VAK is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VAK, including outcomes from messages you choose to send. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid VAK in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of VAK is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
